In Unlock Safe, the Crewmate must go to the right corner of Cargo Bay and use the yellow safe. They must then twist the knob with numbers inscribed on it to the correct numbers in the right order and turned the correct way (indicated by an arrow). Every time one number is entered correctly and turned the correct direction, another one will appear and stop at three numbers in total. If the knob is let go of, it will reset and the Crewmate must enter the numbers in the correct order again. Once the numbers have been entered, the handle to the right must be rotated three times. When rotated correctly, the task will be completed.

• The yellow safe also appears in the Henry Stickmin game, Infiltrating the Airship , which is the safe that Henry tries to steal during the Lightning Quick Larcenist "ending".
• Sometimes, when a player turns the lock to the third number, the first part of the task won't register as complete. This can be fixed by wiggling the lock back and forth.
• Innersloth confirmed [1] there was a teddy bear inside the safe, which is a reference to the Sticky Hand path in the Infiltrating the Airship game from the Henry Stickmin series . The path causes Henry to immediately show up in the cargo bay , where he notices the safe and steals it, but only to find out that it contains an old teddy bear.

Among Us: How to Do the Safe Task

There is a new task in Among Us that requires players to unlock a Safe on the Airship, and this guide details how to complete it.

The Airship is a new map in  Among Us , and it features several new tasks for players to complete. While most of these task are fairly straightforward, there is one in particular that may be giving fans some amount of trouble. Specifically, it is the task that centers around unlocking the safe in the Cargo Bay, and  Among Us  players that are confused about exactly how that is done will find all of the answers that they need in this guide.

To get right to it, upon interacting with the Safe in  Among Us , fans should direct their attention to the white strip that is positioned directly above the dial. Initially, this strip will display a single number and an arrow, which are indications of the first number of the safe's combination and the direction that players should turn the dial to reach it. To provide an example, if there is a "3" with an arrow pointing to the right, then players should turn the dial clockwise until the "3" is aligned with the red mark on top.

If this is done correctly, then a second number and arrow will appear on the strip, and social deduction game fans should repeat the aforementioned process. For full clarity, if a player were to see a "6" with an arrow pointing to the left in this position, then they should turn the dial counter-clockwise until the "6" is up. Notably, players should make absolutely sure that they do not release the dial between entering the first and second numbers, and those that do not heed this warning will have to restart.

At this point, fans will receive a third and final number and arrow, and they should navigate to it properly in order to complete the combination. Again, players should be very careful not to release the dial between the second and third entries, and they will know that they have succeeded if the handle on the right illuminates. When that occurs, fans should simply spin the handle and finish this task on  Among Us 's Airship map .

Hopefully any frustration that has been surrounding this task is now alleviated and players are able to easily open the safe whenever they need to. This, of course, assumes that a fan is able to play the game, as there were some server issues surrounding the launch of the latest patch. Those issues seem to be mostly resolved now, though, and developer InnerSloth is currently tracking all the known  bugs in the  Among Us  Airship update .

Among Us  is available now on Mobile, PC, and Switch, with Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S versions coming in 2021.

How to complete the unlock safe task in among us (airship map).

A new Among Us task on the Airship has players using a traditional combination lock to open a Safe. This lock can be tricky to master.

After several long months of waiting, the Airship Map finally dropped for Among Us and, as promised, it includes many new rooms full of new tasks for crewmates to complete. Many of the new tasks, like the Sort Records or Develop Photos tasks, are native to the nine new locations featured on the Among Us Airship Map. One new activity that appears to be giving some players a hard time is the Unlock Safe task in the Airship's Cargo Bay. In this task, players need to find a yellow Safe in a remote corner of the Cargo Bay and use a traditional combination lock to open it.

Like many other tasks in Among Us , the Unlock Safe task comes with no instruction, which can be difficult and frustrating when players are in a match and trying to avoid being killed by an Impostor or looking suspicious. Unlike many other tasks, however, the mechanics are not immediately obvious. To unlock the Safe, players will need to follow the combination and turn the dial to not only the correct number, but also in the correct direction. Here's how to complete the Unlock the Safe task on the Airship Map in Among Us .

How to Use the Combination Lock to Unlock the Safe in Among Us

To Unlock the Safe in Among Us , players will first need to head to the Cargo Bay. This new location is on the southeastern corner of the map, and it is most easily accessed via the Lounge bathroom, the location of the Clean Toilets task .

Crewmates can locate the Safe in the lower righthand corner of the Cargo Bay, behind some boxes arranged in a semicircle. It is bright yellow and therefore difficult to miss. When the crewmate interacts with the Safe, the mini-game screen will appear. This includes a small strip of paper with a number and arrow, a traditional combination lock dial, and the Safe handle.

This mini-game requires crewmates to input a three-digit code, but there is a catch; they must turn the dial in the direction indicated by the arrow. A light blue arrow pointing to the right indicates the crewmate must turn the dial to the right to reach the correct number. A dark blue arrow pointing to the left indicates the crewmate must turn the dial to the left to reach the number. When players successfully input a number by turning the dial in the proper direction, they will reveal the next number and arrow in the code. If players spin the dial improperly after this point, the next number will disappear, and players will have to input it again.

Once all three numbers have been input correctly, the Safe handle will turn from grey to black. Crewmates are not quite done. They need to turn the Safe handle a few times, as though they are trying to open it, to get the task to register as complete.

This task can leave crewmates vulnerable, and, though the Cargo Bay is one of the best new rooms to hide from an Impostor in Among Us , it is also a good place for the Impostor to search for isolated crewmates. It may be a good idea to complete this task with a partner who can follow and keep watch to avoid setting up an easy kill for Impostors.

Prior to starting a real match, players may want to practice this task in Freeplay Mode . Freeplay gives them unlimited time and chances to work out some of the new mechanics and improve their time so when it really counts, crewmates can finish the job and keep moving to avoid the Impostors.

How to unlock safe on the Airship in Among Us

Alright, what was the combination again?

Among Us ’ latest map, the Airship, finally went live. The map was originally announced in  early December . While it took a while to take its place in the Mafia simulator, the Airship could still retain most of the hype with its gigantic size.

A map of this size also came with new tasks, starting areas, and ladders, which players will need to spend some time figuring out during the first week of the release. Though you can always join a match blindly and improvise on the spot, taking a look at all the tasks and tips regarding the map can help you start a match one step ahead of other crew members.

While there are a few tasks you’ll be familiar with in the Airship, the one that asks you to unlock a safe may catch you off guard. Here’s how you can unlock the safe on the Airship in  Among Us.

How can you unlock the safe in Among Us Airship Task?

Once you interact with the yellow safe, the quest screen will appear with an lock and a number on the top left corner of your screen. Pay close attention to the number and the arrow under it since you’ll need to enter it.

If you see a blue arrow pointing toward the right underneath your number, then you’ll need to dial that number by spinning the knob toward the right in a clockwise direction.

When the arrow points toward the left, you’ll need to do the exact opposite. The numbers will automatically update as you enter them and you’ll enter a total of three numbers. If you struggle at any point, you can simply move the dial left and right until it accepts the number you’re trying to dial in.

After entering all the numbers, you’ll be able to unlock the safe by turning the bigger valve, which will be highlighted after you enter the code.

Considering this is a solo task in a relatively isolated corner of the map, it may be a decent idea to have a crew you can trust next to you. If you’re playing solo, you’ll need to get this quest done as quickly as possible since you’ll be a sitting duck.

Below, you will find a list of the twenty-four tasks a Crewmate may encounter on the ship, separated by room, as well as vent locations and sabotage options for the Imposters.

Among Us is a multiplayer social deduction game, designed by InnerSloth and available on Steam, mobile, and Nintendo Switch, where up to ten players must complete basic ship maintenance in order to win. However, up to three of those ten players will be “Imposters:” traitors working in tandem to sabotage the ship, sow discord, and kill the innocent Crewmates.

How to Find All Task Locations

Listed below is a detailed list of all Airship tasks in Among Us, which also includes instructions on how to find and complete them in-game.

Armory Task

Accept Power From Electrical: Turn central tab to engage power flow from left to right.

Put Away Pistols : Pick up highlighted pistols from center table and go to highlighted gun rack to click and drag them into place.

Put Away Rifles : On table above pistols; click on highlighted rifles, then follow yellow arrow to find gun rack. Click and drag them into place.

Upload/Download Data: Click Upload/Download and wait for bar to fill up.

Cargo Bay Task

Fuel engines: Click fuel tank to fill canister, then locate first engine in Engine Room and empty canister into it. Return to Cargo Bay and repeat once more to complete task.

Unlock Safe : Interact with the yellow safe in the bottom right part of the room. Upon clicking on it, you will see a numbered dial to the left side, under a piece of paper containing a number and arrow pointing left or right. Turn the dial in the direction of the arrow on the paper, until the number on the paper is aligned with the red dot at the top. Once this is done, a second number with an arrow will appear. After three numbers, the three-pronged wheel on the right of the safe will highlight; clicking on it will mark the task completed.

Cockpit Task

Stabilize Steering : Move the slider to the right so that it is next to the green arrow, and turn the steering wheel to align it with the green outline.

Communications

SABOTAGE : Turn handles until radio wavelengths are aligned to reestablish communications.

Electrical Task

Divert Power To [LOCATION]: Slide one anomalous slider down/up as required.

Calibrate Distributor: Click on turning wheel when the tab is aligned with the slot on the right. Repeat two more times to complete task.

Reset Breakers : Pull the seven breakers in chronological order. The number can be seen in green at the top of each breaker upon interaction. Pulling the wrong one will cause them all to reset.

SABOTAGE : Fix lights by flipping all switches on, to restore full Crewmate vision.

Engine Room Task

Fix Wiring: Interact with highlighted panel to find several bisected wires. Click and drag to connect like colors or symbols.

Gap Room Task

SABOTAGE : Enter code on keypads on both Records and Meeting Room sides of the area to divert crash course.

Kitchen Task

Make Burger : Go to the highlighted plate in the top center of the room. Look at recipe card, which will be some combination of patty, lettuce, onion, and tomato between two buns. Recreate it, working from the bottom up.

Empty Garbage: Click and drag back and forth until the garbage falls out (dispose of garbage using chute in Meeting Room, similar to Empty Garbage Chute tasks in other maps).

Lounge Task

Clean Toilet : Look in stalls until you find the highlighted toilet. Click on it, and drag plunger up and down until the gauge to the right goes all the way into the furthest end of the red zone.

Main Hall Task

Develop Photos : Click on highlighted tub in darkroom. Click and drag three photos into it, and then return in 60 seconds to remove the photos and complete the task.

Decontaminate : Go to the top right room in, over the floor drain. Stand under the shower here until your “dirty” meter depletes.

Medical Task

Meeting Room Task

Enter ID Code: In the far right part of the room, interact with touchpad to input your unique user ID. Click the green check to complete the task.

Empty Garbage Chute: After collecting garbage from other location, pull down on chute handle until task is completed.

EMERGENCY MEETING BUTTON

Records Task

Sort Records : Pick up folders on middle table, one by one, then approach highlighted file cabinets in wall. Click open space where file or binder is missing.

Security Task

Rewind Tapes : Match number on top with post-it note on tape by hitting fast-forward/rewind buttons (double arrows pointing left or right).

Showers Task

Pick Up Towels : Click on every yellow-highlighted towel, then, once you have them all, deposit them in the beige towel bin near the shower entrance to the records hall.

Fix Showers : Approach highlighted showerhead. Click and hold to power up the hammer; let go when the hammer gauge is in the red zone. If you miss the red zone, you will just need a few more hits to get it fixed.

Dress Mannequin : Approach mannequin that is highlighted. A choice of hats, glasses, and clothing will come up, as well as an image of the goal outfit. Choose one of each type to match the mannequin with the image.

Polish Ruby : Click on the ruby in the center of room, then click and drag back and forth on scuffed parts until they shine.

Ventilation Task

Start Fans : Reveal code at the Cargo Bay side terminal (code will be a series of diamonds), then go all the way around to the Showers side terminal to input code 

Viewing Deck Task

Upload/Download Data: Click Upload/Download and wait for bar to fill up. Note that this task must be completed at a small node on the balcony outside of the ship.

Imposter Information Task

Along with new tasks, there are some changes for the Imposters as well. Here is a list of vent locations, physical sabotages, and sealable doors to help you in your inconveniencing and/or murdering of your fellow Crewmates.

• Showers, bottom right corner
• Main hall, bottom left bedroom
• Vault, far left side
• Records, near right door
• Cargo Bay, bottom left
• Engine Room, bottom right 
• Kitchen, above right door
• Viewind Deck, for left

Sabotage Options Task

• Comms: Sabotage communications so Crewmates cannot access their list of tasks
• Electrical: Sabotage lights so Crewmate vision is greatly reduced
• Gap Room: Sabotage navigation, so Crewmates must avert the ship's crash course

Unlock the safe in Among Us Airship Cargo Bay is one of the tasks that you might have to complete on your misadventures. The vault task is a new one, specific to the Airship map, so there are people that are having trouble figuring out how to open the safe. It’s not too difficult, but does require some getting used to. How to Unlock Safe in Cargo Bay Vault Task Airship Level

To unlock the safe in Among Us vault task in the Airship Cargo Bay, you first have to turn the dial on the left. The little note in the corner will show you the direction and number you need to turn it to. So, for example, if it shows you 4 and the arrow points to the right, you have to turn the dial to the right (or clockwise) until the number four is on top. Once that’s done, the second number and direction will appear, and then a third one. When you solve all three, let go of the dial and turn the large wheel until the task is done.

That’s how you complete the Among Us Vault task in the Cargo Bay in the Airship level. It’s one of the new tasks added in the latest update, and it’s not too difficult to pull off, once you know what to do. Sure, it does require precision and leaves you very open to murder, but I’ll take this one over Simon Says or the dang weather nodes from Polus any day of the week.

Now that the Airship update is finally out, there are some problems that people are encountering. For example, there’s the mysterious Among Us GoogleAuthNoToken error that pops up those of you trying to sign in on Android devices. Those problems are going to go away eventually, of course, so just be patient.

The Airship in Among us is a large and sprawling map, with plenty of opportunities for shenanigans and murder. Unfortunately for the crew, some tasks may take you all the way to the back of the ship in the Cargo Bay. Careful if you go in alone.

Where to find the Cargo Bay

Getting to the Cargo Bay might be a hike. This room is at the very right of the map, the back of the Airship. There are three lanes to this map — the center one will have a gap in Ventilation between the Showers and the Cargo Bay, so try getting there from the top or bottom lane instead. On the top, getting to Records and then Lounge may be your route, while on the bottom lane, you can come into the Cargo Bay through Medical.

How to Fuel Engines

Similar to the Storage task on the Skeld, hit the button at the Refuel Station to fill up a gas can. After that, there will be a second part of this task where you’ll have to run to the Engine Room to fuel it up.

How to Download Data

You’ll recognize this straightforward task from other maps. Simply hit the Download button and wait while watching the fun little loading animation. Make sure you’re safe before downloading and obscuring your whole screen. Then, upload the data to another location.

How to Unlock Safe

The lone new task in this room is unlocking a combination safe. Numbers will appear for the combination, along with the direction you turn the dial. There will be three numbers in the combination, and you’ll turn the dial left or right with the mouse, touch screen, or left analog stick. The safe will be finicky, so any small mistake will have you start over. Once you input all three numbers successfully, turn the now-brightened knob clockwise to fully unlock the safe.

How to Complete Cargo Bay Tasks on Airship in Among Us

The popular multiplayer game  Among Us  released an update today that includes a brand new map: Airship. The map contains many new tasks, and since this is the largest area we’ve seen in the game so far, you might want to come prepared. A few of the tasks might lead you into dangerous territory like Cargo Bay, which is why we wanted to make this guide. Here’s how to complete Cargo Bay tasks and unlock the safe on Airship in  Among Us . 

The Cargo Bay is on the very far right side of the map, so it’s a decent walk from the Meeting Room. You can go through the gap to Records, then Lounge, and then to Cargo Bay. You can also get to Cargo Bay by heading through Electrical and Medical from the map’s south side.

How to Unlock the Safe on Airship

Here’s a new task you might be unfamiliar with, as it’s new for Airship. To unlock the safe on Airship in Among Us , you need to input the safe combination in the proper order. A three-digit combination will show up on the safe’s upper left-hand side, along with an arrow. The arrow designates which way you need to turn the dial to get to the number.

Turn the dial in the correct direction until you reach the first digit, and then turn it in the opposite direction to get to the second digit. Do it one more time for the third number, and the lever to the safe will light up. At that point, you can spin the lever counter-clockwise to open up the safe.

How to Download the Data

Downloading data is a simple task you probably already know. Head to the panel on the wall and tap on the download button. Wait until the files completely download and reach 100%. 

How to Fuel the Engines

Head to the Refuel Station and fill up your gas canister. Proceed to the Engine Room to fuel the engines and complete the tasks. 

Among Us  is available on Android, iOS, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
